Yes, this is a great sequence to promote alkalinity in the gut. Make sure you emphasize an acid-free diet, devoid of gluten, dairy and sugar as much as possible and loaded with leafy greens, whole grains, plant-based raw meals and healthy fats. Namaste!

Literally thank you so much for this.. some of the position were difficult for me to get into.. but using stability ball against wall ... I felt instantly relieved and gratified.. I'm in shock I could feel this relief I hardly comment but had to literally Namaste 🤚

Dear Daphne, This means so much to me. Thank you for making the time to comment right after the sequence. I am glad you benefited from it. Yes, some poses are new, as the style is innovative, but if you try them out a couple of times, you will notice how organic and seamless they are on the body. They follow the natural curves of the body and fall into the lines of energy that extend into the flow. Keep up you great practice and try out other Yogea sequences. There's tons of them and they are all as gratifying and refreshing! Namaste!

I recently discovered your channel and I'm loving it. I've never done yoga quite like this before. It's a little awkward for me to follow because some of the flows are new to me, but I love how great I feel afterwards. Thank you!

Thank you for noticing the singularity of the flow dear Denise. Yes, indeed this is the most innovative form of yoga practiced today and it offers a very holistic approach to spirituality as well. You nailed it, the poses sometimes feel a bit awkward at first, but if you stick to the practice the body will take charge and will move organically from poses to pose. Yogi has a very organic seamless transition mode which gets very intuitive over time, so please, don't give up and keep up the great practice, Namaste!

Dea Jenny, Thanks so much for your feedback. Yoges is an innovative style and it does take a while to get accustomed to the flow logic that is quite organic and natural when you do a couple of routines. This one has amazing poses, take your time to digest them, and even take some poses out if you need and incorporate them into your home practice. I will make a note to shoot a very simple routine for intestinal health very soon so is is user-friendly to all. Keep the gut healthy and your heart glowing. Namaste!

Great workout but ads appear at a crucial point leaving you hanging in midair in a really uncomfortable pose! Might be good to address this.
