Guys!!! Those who have irregular periods dont take pills without doctors advice just do this yoga ....I have pcod issue and my period was late . I done this yoga for 1 week and I got the results!! (Do this regularly without any fail ) Im so thank full to ma'am!❤️

Hai mam...എനിക്ക് periods regular ആയിട്ടാണ് വരുന്നത്... പക്ഷെ periods ആയി കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ട് 10 ദിവസം ആകുമ്പോൾ രണ്ടു ദിവസം ചെറിയ drops വരാറുണ്ട് with white ഡിസ്ചാർജ്... ഞാൻ psychiatric ഡ്രഗ് കഴിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്... For Anxiety disorder and depression... നല്ല stress ഉം ഉണ്ട്‌... Periods കഴിയുമ്പോൾ ഇത് ചെയ്യാമോ ?? Thank u mam....

It is always better to do 30 min to 1 hour yoga session including suryanamaskara, pranayama and other asanas and include this asanas also🙏🏻 also have healthy diet and stress free life style for better results 🥰🙏 wish you all the best

For better results, try to do either empty stomach in early morning or minimum 2 hours after meals..you can do Vajrasana after meals also butterfly pose by just holding the position and maitain with normal breathing 🥰🙏
