Hey David, whenever i put little concentration on my hand or any body part it seems a strong force is resisting my movements can you explain? I do dhyaan yoga more often.

Lucario, that is a very interesting observation. It shows you have a strong sense of energy and your awareness is awake. I think it also suggests you need to accumulate more energy inside, in your core, what we call "dahnjon'. Energy accumulation will increase the internal power and sense of energy circulation. Right now, it seems your sense is strong but internal power is a little low, meaning you feel resistance more than flow and lightness.
