I was just watching to ease myself back in because I haven't done any yoga since March (only started about 9 months prior to that) and I'm short on space in my flat but when the squat came I had to join in, my form needs work but I forgot how good that feels 😁

you great , god bless you, i really felt the power in my arms, in my balances and body. i tried to notice all details you were learning. it is about 1 month since i have been doing practices at home, i have been doing yoga since 5 years ago, but now i am feeling and learning it better every day, thanks, namaste

I just started practicing yoga and most of this is to advanced for me but I like the shoulder work in this video, I will try to add it to my work out.

@@KinoYoga Thanks for your reply, I didn't expect a reply. I been watching videos on all the different types and levels of yoga. I'm getting older and have friends and family getting older and we all got aches and pains from the lack of exercise. I want to get healthier and encourage others to do the same. The KZfaq videos and channels are an easy way to show people how yoga can help us get healthier. I'm looking for a local class to attend as well. My hips do not go up very high in tripod headstand, like I couldn’t bring my feet in close at all, is that normal? I know I need to improve strength but I felt like there was nowhere else to go 😂 there was no way of getting my knees on my arms

Hi Kino! Thanks for the video. I had a couple of questions. I was held back after having kids because of pelvic floor and diastasis. My diastasis has mostly closed but I still have pelvic floor issues. Should there be anything I should avoid with core work? Also, I've been working on primary series and am very flexible but strength is my issue. Is this in addition, to primary series? Or could I just do standing series and then focus on core drills to build up my strength.

Somehow you seem Sad or less energetic. Hope everything is ok. Maybe it is because you are inside and I get to know from the practices you did outside such as the sumerge yoga Course the sea side meditation, and so on. Still an excellent practice!

Great workout vid kino! When you say activate the muscles of the pelvic floor what are us blokes meant to do?

It’s a bit hard to explain here- but you want to think of pulling in the muscles under your pelvis- pretty much the muscles you would use to hold in when you have to pee. This strengthens your pelvic floor and low abdominals 🙏🏼

I really don't agree with you. Kino is one of the most respected teachers of yoga. If you should have done these sequence with her, you would know you need to be in good condition to do so. I know most woman are only dreaming to have such an attractive body as Kino has.
