I know this is 4 months after, but you deserve an ice cream. If you’re lactose intolerant, then a cupcake, or whatever makes you happy. Of course you can’t put a price on happiness or label something as happiness, but little things can go a long way. I don’t even know you but I want you to be happy. You are enough, smile. Even if it’s forcing yourself to smile, smile. I believe all people are good at heart, so you must be good at heart to. You are a person. You are amazing, I can tell already that you are honest. It’s hard to realize you’re enough because you’re a person, it’s hard for all people to realize they’re enough no matter who they are, or where they came from, color, sexuality, size, everyone is enough. The world is amazing, we have honest people like you. Honestly is one of the best qualities. That is enough. Like you.

Why? Because you are not enough. None of us are. We were created to live in a loving relationship with God but sin (wanting to be our own god and make our own rules) has broken that relationship. Wonderfully God loves us so much He provided a way back to Him. His name is Jesus. If you were all you needed you would never die. You need God for every breath in your lungs. Get real. Seek God. After watching this, I started bawling my eyes out for 15-20 minutes because the phrase “You are the person you have been looking for” really hit home. I constantly always looked for love from others and was so dependent in love, when the person that knows me so well like no one else, is simply me. I've been struggling badly with high anxiety and depression. This came to me when I needed it most. Just know 1 in 5 U.S adults are effected by a mental illness or have experienced one. Know you are the person you love most. And sometimes it doesn't feel that way. Trust me I know. This has gave me the reasons and will to say I am enough. I've been at my lowest recently and this has helped me to pick myself again. Because no man or woman can love you the way you can love yourself

Found the secret to self love. Isolate yourself from social media, most friends, don’t text and call a lot. Working out your abs can help a lot in making yourself feel good. A lot of body image problems revolves around your stomach. Portion control and work out and it might help out. Have an optimistic look on life, when you hear those bad thoughts, counter them with good thoughts. Even if you’re telling a good lie, telling yourself something that you don’t believe, say it enough and you’ll start to believe it. Self doubt and hate comes from people constantly telling you, so constantly tell yourself good things. It’s a journey, it’s hard, but if you really want to thrive and live, get up every day, take care of your hygiene, don’t listen to bad people. Hope this helps. You are loved even if you don’t know it. Give yourself credit for every little thing. Make small goals and you’ll start to achieve big goals. God bless, have a damn good day, beautiful. 💛💕💖

You wake up feeling so down in yourself- knowning there is no one to help. Daydreaming about what your life could be- filled with love and hope. But the darkness comes back and takes control- feeling like your life is over. But you get up and draw a smile on your face- but inside you feel like a disgrace. You tell the same lies everday when someone asks you if you are okay- i'm fine. And you ask yourself the same question- Why is it i feel this way?. Why is it we feel this way? I know there are going to be bad days but there is going to be good days. Something or someone is going to open your eyes to make you see the beauty that lays inside of you. Something or someone is going to make your life worth living. And it makes me cry about all of the people who are lost inside and they cannot see their beauty. We are all beautiful. Whether you're fat or skinny, whether you are gay(or part of the LGBTQIA+ community) or straight, whether you are black or white it doesn't matter because we are all equal. It doesn't matter because we are all humans. Everyone makes mistakes (believe me i've had my far few) but that is what makes us human, that is what makes us human. Religion or no religion, boy or girl, We are Beautiful- You READER (yes you) are beautiful and i love you and i'm so fricking proud of you for coming. what's a couple more steps we can get through this together. The only question is ... Are you willing to try? xx

Sometimes insecurities and doubts blocking me to accept how enough I am, how worthy I am. It is a hard battle against myself but looking in the mirror realizing, I'm slowly progressing loving myself after years of being insecured. And I'm feeling happy with it. It may be a slow progress, but I'm on my way to be a better version of myself. Treating myself better as how I treat the ones I love. Learning to see myself how God sees me. Wow, just wow. I came here for advice from just having a major panic attack that felt like wouldn't end, but then I listened and this calmed me. I understand the message and I know it's direction, but I can't find a starting point with what to improve on myself, for myself. I always just thought that I am what Is wrong with the world,like I'm a hindrance or an annoyance to others. And when I try to reach out, either out of kindness or just to ask for help, I get whiplash as feedback. I live in a house with people who love me, but show no signs of liking me. I have no friends. I'm stuck with boredom, depression, anxiety, and the fear of repeating an unproductive day that leads to me passing through life without participating in it. All I really want is love but I can't seem to find it. I hope I get better with treating myself and getting out of this isolation. There's no one to fill my cup or gas me up and I feel like I'm going insane because of it. I need help, but I can't find a way to ask.
