Another great vid! I’ve found that for me Enbba can be incredibly strong hold if I layer it as my base and topper. So if I use the gel on soaking wet hair in the shower then step out and rake and smooth my small sections adding more when the coating is not present, this gives me helmet hair. But I’m not sure I will be revisiting Enbba as a 1 and done because I like even more slip for styling.

Good Comparison! Jello Shot is a strong hold. I do use it under a cream leave in. The Enbba I use over the Kinky Curly Custard. Thank you for sharing.

I ALWAYS mix jello shot with the camille rose curl maker. The jell-o shot has no slip but doesn’t flake, the curl maker is all slip and flakes. My go to topper.

Nice comparison. So far I have not used either Jello shot or ENBBA naturals. I don't plan to use Jello Shot; however, I will be purchasing ENBBA Naturals as I use up other gels that I have.

This was great! I believe I was one of the ppl who asked you how those gels compare b/c they appeared to be so similar in appearance. Now I know 😊 BTW what are you doing differently with your hair?? It has SO much more shine and definition than it did in the past! Is it Ennba??

Thanks! I have a different combo in most videos so I can’t speak to overall. In this one I THINK it’s KCKT + Jello Shot. 0/10 - do not recommend. Feels awful.

Thanks, Cheyane! I don’t 100% know but I’d guess kinky-curly knot today and Jello shot. I DO NOT recommend this combo. It feels terrible.

Thank you. Can you u please compare Kinky Curly as a base to the newest Innersense gel - I create curl memory. You motivated me to do Kinky Curly and I create hold and I get the best definition and moisture with that. Sometime icreate volume on top just a little bit

Unfortunately, the new base gel isn’t vegan friendly. I won’t be trying it.

I think I may have asked you this before, but I'm finding it hard to wrap my head around how a gel that has such a strong humectant (glycerin) so high up in the ingredients list could be effective at blocking humidity??

Glycerin is in there but it’s more about the overall formulation of products and not really about individual ingredients. I suspect all those humectants help tone that xanthan gum down. Not based on any real knowledge though.

I’d pair it with something that alleviates that-a slippery leave in or base gel.

I’ve only tried Jell-O shot with curly magic underneath. It’s more moisturizing, but the application is too rough for my fine dense hair. I wonder if using enbba as a base if that would help with the application & increase the slip?

ENBBA definitely will give you more slip
