(Ingredients for bread dough) For 4 pieces
150g bread flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon instant dry yeast
105g lukewarm water
(Summary of preparation)
Mix the flour ingredients.
Add lukewarm water and mix well.
First fermentation (oven fermentation at 40-45°C/105-113°F)
Fold the dough while degassing.
Divide into 4 parts, roll into a ball, and bench time for 5 minutes.
Rearly roll out the dough and put it in the oven for the second fermentation (at 40-45°C / 105-113°F).
Cut a slit in the dough.
Bake at 200°C (464°F) for 15 minutes
