I needed this . My ex and I broke up in February after 5 years and it’s so hard trying to move on and get use to him not being there . I literally cry everyday and I’m so tired of it honestly . I’m just ready to get over it and move on .

God knows all our hearts and circumcision of the heart by faith is the moving and operation of the heart ...a new way of thinking ...is praise from God.. everything comes from the Heart ....and where the spirit is there is Life ....He lives inside of you .. My heart is breaking, why is it we won’t people who don’t want us. I’m so forgiving even though I have a zero tolerance for non sense. My youngest child father has put me through the ringer and my heart still feels for him. One minute I’m ok the next I’m not “lord help me” 🙏🏽

This is so great. Getting married in a few weeks. It's good to know that my ex's don't carry pieces of me. There's been a lot of misinformation that if you've sinned in your past or whatever, then you've given pieces of yourself away and will no longer be able to give your spouse 100%. So that means that I can give my husband 100% of myself and we can still have the intimacy that we desire, no one can rob that from us.

I was just thinking about this the other day I felt as though I had an attachment or soul tie to someone I thought was good for me but they ended up being a distraction and I got so tied up in our friendship and now I’m upset at myself for getting attached and now I don’t even want to make anymore friends or get into another relationship. In 2019 my first love passed away. He never got over me. Soon after he passed, I believe that his soul tie attachment was passed on to me. His name was constantly on my mind. I kept getting songs, signs and dreams that I feel are from him. I feel a presence and see a dark shadow sometimes. It will soon be two years. I have recognized that it can’t be him. Perhaps a demon/spirit that he left behind. I never stopped loving him, I wish the story had a happier ending.
