Recipe:
2 egg yolks.
1/4 cup sugar (60 g).
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar.
We grate the peel of a lemon.
4 cups milk (1 liter / 35 fl oz).
3/4 cup cornstarch (80 g).
100 g dark chocolate to melt.
Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
Juice of 1 lemon.
1/2 cup condensed milk (90 g).
Beat until thick.
240 ml whipped cream.
100 g mascarpone cream cheese.
Store in the freezer for 2 hours.
