The whole family will enjoy a delicious, soft and tender apple pie in the pan with caramel apples and nuts! It's very easy and quick to prepare! Simply mix everything together and add it to the pan. Cook with love!
Preparation and ingredients:
Take 2 apples, cut them in half and remove the core.
Then divide each half into 4 parts.
Grease the pan with butter or vegetable oil
Sprinkle with sugar (1 tablespoon)
Put the apples inside
Preparation of the dough: 2 eggs
pinch of salt
vanilla (to taste)
Sugar 130 g (6 tablespoons)
250 ml kefir or white yogurt
Add 10g baking powder to 300g flour
80 g butter or vegetable oil
50 g chopped walnuts
Pour the batter into the pan
Cover with a lid and simmer for 30-40 minutes
Check readiness with a toothpick. If the dough doesn't stick, it's ready.
Turn over to the other side and cook for another 5 minutes
