My mom used to make the Bisquick pie but she would use left over taco meat and put green chilies on it with the cheese and Bisquick mixture. It is amazing!

I have to make that Cheeseburger in Paradise casserole. I bet we would love it! It's fried squash and fried green tomato season! YUM. Quick, delicious, comforting recipes. Thank you so much, Mel! The taco mac and cheese is right up my alley. I make a similar ravioli dish except its baked in the oven. Your crock pot version looks awesome. The cheeseburger dish looks so good. Omg I have got to try the chicken casserole!! I know the addition of the stuffing takes it over the top. Btw, thanks to you, I tried canned chicken for the first time!!! It's really good and I was pleasantly surprised. Just wish I would have tried it years ago. Better late than never, I guess. That Perdue Short Cuts Chicken is so good. I use it on food shopping days. After you go get it, haul it in, and put it away, nobody feels like cooking. So I get a few big Cesar Salad kits, throw the chicken in and boom dinner is done!!!!
