YOU SHOULD BE HOMESCHOOLING / USE TIME $ LEARNING / HOMESCHOOL YOUR CHILDREN / HOW TO HOMESCHOOL / HOMESCHOOL FOR BEGINNERS
We are a homeschooling family with five kids at home, six kids total. Our channel is about large family life, homeschooling, and finding the blessing in everyday. I am currently homeschooling a teenager, two elementary aged children and a preschooler. (I am also homeschooling our toddler-but some people don’t consider that homeschool-I do!)
Here on our channel I create a lot of homeschooling content. We are currently using The Good and The Beautiful curriculum for language arts and history.
YOU SHOULD BE HOMESCHOOLING! Public school is full of garbage. I said it and I meant it! You SHOULD Homeschool your children. You absolutely CAN do it! There are so many great resources!!

TIME 4 LEARNING is amazing! We use it EVERYDAY my kids love it! TIME 4 LEARNING gives them a bit of the independance they crave and allows me to see where their strengths and struggles are. With TIME 4 LEARNING my kids can be in 2nd grade math and 3rd grade language arts. TIME 4 LEARNING doesn't hold them back because they should be in a specific grade like public school. Sounds like a helpful curriculum! Thanks for helping Parents and kids who are stuck in the (adaptive) public school system that isn’t serving everyone as well as Homeschooling can! This will help lots of folks I’m sure!

The possibility of hybrid school was 100% the reason why I decided to start homeschooling all 4 of my kids in 2020 vs. only the 2 I wanted to start off with (and then add the other 2). There is NO way my two boys with ADHD and autism be able to do a "hybrid" school going back and forth back and forth!

I was forced to do remote schooling and it was a disaster so I never even went ahead with the hybrid learning and jumped straight into homeschooling. Two years later, I think I have a good handle of what works and doesn’t work for us. I can’t imagine having to structure everyone’s day around the school schedule and push my children to do homework after a full day of school like I did in the past. The schools take up so much of the kids’ time so that as adults, they become obedient workers whose lives revolve around their jobs.

@@EverydayBlessings Yes, I got the book prior to taking my homeschooling journey. It gave me the momentum to take the scary plunge. I would love if you did some videos on structure and discipline in homeschool and how you manage that.

I’m so glad I came across your channel and this video. Thank you for your view on homeschooling. I’m homeschooling my babies surely…and I’ve been overwhelmed with all the curriculums out there but been strongly led to Time4learning…and to see someone opinion on this from their personal view gives me more confidence to use this curriculum for my babies. ❤️ Thank you again. Time 4 learning is good too or timberdoodle some of it or some of book shark. Nature walks are awesome unschool is all the time

Do you think time4learning is good enough for middle school (High school) math and language arts? Do they teach the necessary things that students need to know in a more structured level?

Yes! My 14 year old uses t4l. It’s definitely more detailed and structured in the high school level.

Hello, just wondering what the program is like for learning to read. I have a struggling learner. He knows his abc and sounds know and I’m looking for an online program that teaches them to read. I went to public school but wasn’t taught reading by phonics so wanting something that teaches the concepts. Would this be a good program or do you need to supplement for reading as well?

It’s very good! We have had huge success with our struggling readers. I’ve also used duo abc. It’s a free app that helps kids learn to read!
