I am thoroughly disgusted with the first case. The victim was sexually abused at 4 yrs. old and subsequently for 10 years after. Her life has been forever changed. For what? For the sexual gratification of a pervert. Now paroled after 4 years. When are we going to protect our children? Shame on the parole board. What if this was your child?

(Edit to add info/context) As a fem survivor of multiple similar situations w/male 'sibs' beginning at 7 to 16, they 4-8 yrs older than me, THEY KNOW just how WRONG it is!! EDIT to orig comment: 1 sib was long term, from 7-15, & resulted in pregnancy at 14, sent to maternity home, forced relinquishment & "afterhorrors" I put myself & my family thru.... The other 2 were 1 time, forced SAs. I also found yrs later, that the same 1 who impregnated me at 14, also SA'd my LITTLE brother (6yr younger) at the SAME time & started when he was 5 or younger. My lil bro struggled w/his sexuality, self hatred & now schizophrenia. (WHY I ask those AGAINST adult gays, NOT PED, to have a ❤️ MANY are thusly DUE to SA), although not all! (END edit, orig comment continues). They lied, went to great lengths to cover & hide their acts, MADE me lie, manipulated, hurt & threatened me & the lives of others I loved & more! I KNOW, with every fiber of my being, despite young age, THEY KNOW it's 💯 wrong, VILE & illegal & will do everything & ANYTHING to avoid disclosure. It IS a LIFE SENTENCE for victims, I LIVE IT EVERY DAY of my life & STILL struggle, into my 50's as does my younger brother. And our 'sib' denied it to THIS day!

Pedos are a HUGE LIABILITY behind the walls. Extra resources and man power is spent on securing the lives of the Pedos once inside. At any time, any inmate is killed behind bars or even just beat up, and it always leads to a lawsuit. You won't be surprised how quickly these "close" family members who NEVER VISITED OR SUPPORTED these pedos file a law suite immediately. The honest truth is that what I just mentioned plays a huge part in the parole process of inmates. The parole board will never openly admit to it, but I know for a fact it's one of their decision factors.

You are absolutely right. My uncle molested me from the time I was 5 until I turned around 12 years old. It wasn’t until I was much older that I learned he had moved on to another member of our family who was younger than me. I was too young to understand it at the time but I was getting too old for him. Child predators are attracted to young children who they can prey upon and once you become older they fear you are old enough to tell someone and fear repercussions.

He was my father me my brother and my sister and countless other innocent littles. And yes they cannot be helped - he was Still trying at 86. He's dead now. I saw him in a dream in hell in complete darkness laying in a fetal position on the floor and he was surrounded by black shrouded figures that were tormenting him all around him pushing and kicking and terrorizing him. May God give us all His peace. I still cry and I'm 67.

What's really heartbreaking is that there was no "victim input". Not one person speaking on her behalf. I totally get why the victim herself wanted no part of it but if just one family member, friend, anyone would have shown up - even written a letter, maybe he would still be there today. And he has no plan to avoid her. He straight up said he wants to "be a better uncle" to her. The world needs more Mrs Jacksons and Mr Roches. I hope billions of people see this so they know what's really going on in some of our states.
