Enjoying quinoa took me time! A long time! BUT, I new I wanted to incorporate it in my diet. Especially when most is what I eat is Plant-Based. But I didn't know how to cook quinoa properly. And each time I followed the package instructions it was not the consistency I was looking for! It was way too soggy, or not attractive, and I wasn't excited to eat it. So, just like I love doing with ALL my recipes, I like to test it again, and again, and AGAIN, until I get it right. And this quinoa cooking method IS THE ONE! Never fail consistency, and simply delicious each and every time! And the best part is: THERE IS SO MUCH you can do with plain quinoa!!! Salads, stir-fry, patties, sides, and so much more! My channel already have a bunch of them! This method is even better than what you'll eat at a restaurant. In this case YOU are the chef, and you know exactly what you are doing!
