I think it’s very important to meditate on all 7 of your chakras not just the third eye. The root chakra is also necessary to ground yourself. I would love to know your opinion. Thank you. Great video as always.

Yes, grounding is very important. As we live on earth, and have to function here. So grounding ourselves mindfully to mother earth and inner knowledge, is theee step to higher knowledge. 🙏🤍🌸🌟 One should do grounding and mindfulness exercises daily. I hope this helps you. 🙂

I m still saying … those chakras are nothing but myths .. those are nerve plexus… when we do kundalini yoga ..uk what dont even think of trying it without any guidance .. u will get lost in pools of infinities… our neurals circuits change… thats what we call neuroplasticity … when we learn something.. those minute action are registered in our brains and if we keep practising our neural circuits get sharpened … thats how we learn new skills …😉

Don’t focus on opening chakras as it can be dangerous. Focus on the natural breath. Never goes wrong. Breath is in the present, which is grounded.

You guys are all silly. What he means is that once your third eye awakens that’s the start of your spiritual journey because you become conscious to what’s going on in your fucking life. And then after if your third eye is open things like meditating on the other chakras just naturally come to you and almost intuitively actually, so anyways yeah suck it Namaste.🙏

@@williamdavis3590 Christianity is really spiritual and mystical if you extract the deepest truth from the Bible. 1 Corinthians 12:8-10 talks about spiritual gifts that sound a lot like clairvoyance and prophetic sight. Christianity as a religion is where things fall apart.

"abstract" means "not having a physical or concrete existence." but what about things you've not experienced? Are those things not real yet, until you experience them? I suppose so in your own version of reality. (we do all live in our own universes, seen through the perception of your senses/mind, it will differ from others) I would encourage you to try (transcendental meditation), what's there to lose? a couple mins of your time?
