👉Ingredients:
250ml of lukewarm milk (1 cup), 1 tbsp of dry yeast (8g), 4 tbsp of sugar (60g), 4 tbsp of oil (60ml), Vanilla, 1 egg, 500g of flour 3 and 1/3 cup ( + or - depending on your type of flour), 3 tbsp of cocoa powder, Salt
👉stuffing: 50g of dark chocolate, 50g of milk chocolate, 50g of white chocolate, 50g of nuts, 50g of raisins
1 egg yolk and 1 tbsp of milk for the gilding,
chocolate and nuts for decoration
Form balls between 50 and 60g
Close the balls of dough very well so that they do not open during cooking
Bake in Preheated Oven at 190C (380F) for 20min
