Nick is an Ambassador of optimism and helpful kindness…Can’t get over the Moons and their wonderful charity work. They love people as much as their animals, retired race horses and all….They adopt both to promote worthy stewardships. Let’s share some love with them, and support their financial causes. Getty-up and become a partner!

That's a good price! Never hurt to shop around to get the feel of the market in what you are searching for. Have some floor plans, and get how much you need, write down in a column for each store you visited, jot down their prices, see if they offer discounts. Don't dismiss the small businesses or "wood salvage" yard who might have some in stock that they tore down old buildings or barns, having good solid lumber for you to "recycle" for your home. Do what necessary to be budget friendly! Nick will be missed but a live stream with you, questions and answers, feedbacks are greatly appreciated. Tea for one, but not for long, you will have tea for millions (you and us, the viewers), we appreciate you! Crack on, Ryan, you got this!

Great narrator, again. I am US born & raised (2nd generation, & I am an old lady. My Mother was born in 1919!). Anyway, narrator is more a plains cowboy voice, not full souther US. Great voice! Excited for your journey, Ryan. You have already learned & grown so much in the realm of restoration. You've taken on a large challenge, but in a beautiful & manageable space. With help from amazing friends/mentors like Nick!!! And knowing you can visit the Moon Home of All Things Magical, ❤❤❤❤❤. Sending love & a big grandma hug to you from Southern California, USA. I'm so glad the narrator was brave enough to come back! (And yes, I am from the states.) Ryan, please get the best quality you can source for those beams. I would go for narrow growth ring Douglas fir. I have no idea if that is possible where you are. Just remember, old growth wood is much stronger, more rot and warp resistant, than younger trees. I have seen beams that size where they were pretty much useless and had to be replaced within 15 years. It took me a bit to truly understand this concept, that is why I'm repeating my warning. If you are unsure of what I am talking about, just ask the narrator. 😉

Just a thought, do you really need two bedrooms with on suite bathrooms? Why not have kitchen and a propper dining area on the ground floor, use the first floor as social space living room and small work space, then bed and bath on the second floor. In the future, when you’ve settled in and need a new project, you can look into converting the attic. Just a thought 😊 Best of luck Anders, Sweden
