There’ an awesome park in Hackensack. Or at least there use to be. Grew up in NJ, graduated from college, & got married there. Then in ‘76 when they couldn’t pass a sales or income tax, and my kids had no books in school, we moved to TX.

Marina , thank you SO MUCH for the tip about the Mr. Beast snacks. I found them locally last night and gave them to my 10-year-old today. I had him taste one of the chocolate chip cookies and tell me how he liked it. He loved it! THEN I showed him the bag. The kid lost his mind! 😂 Thanks again for letting us know about this brand. The Honey Sunflower collection is amazing. Haven’t seen that at my store. Hopefully I can find the bleach tablets. Usually that’s what I do find in my stores is the cleaning supplies. Amazing finds, sending lots of love ❤❤❤

Check at the stores when you find 6-packs of drinks on the shelf; most of the DT in my area sell them for $1.25 but I do have one store that doesn't, so if you buy a 4-pack or 6-pack of drinks they scan the barcode x4 or x6 instead of just once. Twice they've almost caught me and when I asked about it the manager says "oh, I'm going to put a sign up about that". The second time I told her they need to just unpack them if they aren't going to sell them in the pack like all the other stores do.

Continuing on… I can’t believe you were in Maywood and I missed you!!! (If it was Tuesday!) To answer your question as you were walking in…. YES!!! This store was closed for a couple of months last year and reopened I believe after the holidays. The manager there, I won’t say her name, since I don’t know if she’d want it said, is really nice. The employees are also. Very helpful. I have come across some finds there occasionally. I was told on Tuesday that they receive their deliveries from the Oklahoma warehouse that unfortunately was destroyed in the tornado that hit in that area on Monday. The manager was telling me that at the time there were 8 employees in the warehouse when the tornado hit. Luckily they ALL survived. Thank God!!! So now they will have to get their merchandise from another warehouse. So it may be delayed a while. Just wanted you to know. On another note… I did purchase the kitchen mandarin soap there.

OMG Marina!!!! I was at the Maywood DT on Tuesday! Was that the day you were there???? I can’t tell by the video. (The post says 3 hours ago.). Then I see you were at the NEW Hackensack store. Which I was at also on Tuesday prior to going to the Maywood store.

The floor of my local Dollar Tree has shit stains! Pee stains! And yes throw up. People poo/pee and Animal crap/pee. I physically prevented one lady from leaving till she cleaned both piles of her two dogs. She screamed she’d get me fired till I yelled I didn’t work there, I threatened to call the Cops. Witch made her little kid clean it up. She screamed demanded that they ban me from the store lol But yeah, it’s now stained. Because it’s on there SO often and because they can’t close a register to go clean it up within oh AN HOUR it stains the concrete! It never matters how much they block the area, people push carts and walk straight thru it dragging it throughout the store. The floor there HAS NEVER BEEN CLEANED! They will use filthy water and the same mop for years. It’s REPULSIVE 🤮 one lady just lifted her skirt and pooped on the floor because someone was in the bathroom. I called 911 but she ran out. Anyhow it’s NextDoor to a trampoline place so kids run around the store in socks! Parents just drop kids off AND LEAVE! Most end up in DT running around screaming, throwing stuff, knocking things off shelves. It’s a free for all! One time 4 TEENAGE BOYS went into the bathroom and they all shit and pissed all over it smearing the shit over the toilet, the sink, the walls and the door! Then they broke the toilet. The woman who cleaned it up has worked there for 5 years and has NEVER HAD A RAISE! She vomited a few times cleaning it. Oh she almost got fired because people had to wait longer in line so she could clean it! It’s slave labor at Dollar tree! I go in when she closes and put the “Go backs” away for her. Then the new Assistant Manager told me to stop because Corporate now has someone to watch store videos. And I’ll get busted helping for free. With a nonstop line till literally 30 minutes after She locks the door, she gets screamed at for not also stocking, cleaning and emptying the go backs WHILE at the Register. A part of me wishes DT would fail and every Corporate employee would lose their overpaid job! They never allow more than 2 Employees at a time. It’s the busiest store in our county. SLAVE. LABOR. You talking about the floor triggered some serious anger at corporate lol lol New Employee usually last 1 week lol lol If everyone would just not leave things all over and clean up after themselves it’d for sure be appreciated by the Employees
