Sixty and I've been using for years wouldn't be without it. Take it every morning with food no loading just five grams daily noticed a big difference the first day. Check scoops size stamped on the bottom because i found the scoop contradicts the serving size in many different products. Scoop size is usually stamped on bottom of scoop. Keepemcoming

There is no such thing as a “body type”! Some else’s optimal will probably work, but you gotta figure out what is optimal for you through trial and error.
