No, you don't need to use mixed grip, unless you're going really heavy. We only started doing that because 800lbs deadlifters tore biceps. Are you lifting 800+?

@@kolelegodi6022 The video was talking about building "Lean" muscle! If you want thin skin, dairy is the first thing you get rid of because all dairy, to some extent, increases estrogen levels in the body which disrupts testosterone production and increase fat production. But if you're bulking and you don't care about your body fat levels then have at it! The fact is weight pushes weight, and the heaver you train the more muscle you put on. The question is how much of that muscle will you keep when you try to cut up!
