I'm 66 and 30 to 40 sec is damn good for ya in a few sets every day (or every other) if you do that Grease the Groove thing. Works well without tiring out too much...until you slowly build up to a more progression of some sort. There's passive and active, understand the difference & you'll gain and fix shoulder issues: slow and steady wins in this game. It does hurt at first until you adjust = great book too. Good info, thanks.

Put yourself in a calorie deficit of lean protein and fatty meat, but you will get fatigued from the diet. So don't go too hard because if anyone eats under their maintenance calories either 500 to a thousand calories under you will lose weight. And if you go a little bit more you will lose weight drastically. However, it's smart to lose it slowly which starting off with 500 below. Your maintenance calories is smart so realistically people go watch Dr. Mike Isratel

BS. So what is the effect of olive oil on FMD? All oils, both animal and plant derived, tend to worsen endothelial function. Within hours of ingesting fat, arteries stiffen and the ability to dilate is impaired. A 1999 study measuring FMD after the ingestion of high-fat meals reported a “three-hour decline in FMD after subjects ingested a traditional meal of a hamburger and fries or cheesecake. Olive oil was found to have the same impairment to endothelial function as the rest of these high-fat meals.” And a 2007 study showed a similar detrimental effect on endothelial function after the intake of olive, soybean, and palm oils.

Like some months ago , i cant even do pushup did 200 incline and knee pushup every day for a month . And achieved my pushup strenght , Then , quit doing . Then after month , 50 day ago , i started again . Did 30 for 10 day . Then did 50-90 for 30 day with any rest day . And now this month did 100 for 10 day and now doing 120 for 10 . 😅 I will not quit this time . Suggestion from me start with very very less no. So, you can build habit of doing. Thank u.❤

That's not necessarily true. When I was 22, I used to street fight and had to wear an 8 a 1/2 inch bracelet. Now my wrists barely keep a 7 & ½ inch bracelet on.

As somebody with no will power to do anything in life! Suffering from COPD, Huntington's Disease!, High Cholesterol, Artery Disease, and Anxiety & Panic Attacks!! Only way I quit smoking 1 pack a day after 15 years, was telling myself, "I don't give a F*CK anymore if I smoke or not!" That thought took away the mentality that, "Oh, I've got to have a smoke now!" to "Fuck It!"
