@@DrBeenMedicalLectures I would LoVe this to start elementary and middle school biology with my homeschooled kids. Having been generally uninformed of biology before college, I had so many vocabulary words to identify. So getting our kids familiar with the language is an intellectual gold mine.

I absolutely cannot wait to buy the book. As a master of public health, I am going to push to have it placed in my daughter's school. I will probably volunteer to spend a few days in classes reading it to students.

I studied macrophages for my PhD; I think you covered them well and I don't think I've ever seen a drawing of them that I enjoyed so much. Even a bit violent at one point, so definitely accurate! 😄 I know I'm biased, but macrophages really are amazing. They're not only the body's living heavy-duty garbage disposal, they are very good at translating the type of threat present into a mixture of cytokines/chemokines (in jaw-dropping quantities) to drive the appropriate response from other cells (including anti-inflammatory signals if they sense that the situation is under control).

Thank you Dr Mobeen! It's been wonderful so far. A great revision for me. I also like how you included some percularities based on the latest literature on how the cells function. Your passion and enthusiasm shows and it makes learning fun ❤️🌈

What is most amazing to me is that the first fertilized cell has ALL the information to make ALL the systems of a human body (and how to grow a person) and ALL these little immune cells.

Really nice explanation of interaction of innate and adaptive immune systems help explain technical terms floating around (B-cell, T-cell, antigen) that focuses attention on the importance of training our immune pattern recognizers (exposing ourselves to various bugs and germs)!

Thank you for these two video's on Immunology. They have helped consolidate my understanding of the different types of immune system cells. I look forward to learning more about Immunoglobulin production and function in future videos in this series.

Don't change your art drawings for the book. They are wonderful. They communicate most effectively what you are trying to communicate in an entertaining and memorable way. You could sell them individually or as Non-transferable Fungible Tokens (NFTs)...:_) Ok...but seriously. They are great.

So I have a question what the reputation does it continuously take out the two sales, as as if it was a clock rounded round and round and round, eventually neutralized in the be cells that’s what it was meant to do

Question: have you (or will you at some point) covered Complement in a bit of detail? I have seen discussions by Ph.Ds (e.g. Tatyana Obukhanych) and Pubmed references where they note that a portion of population cannot make (any/adequate) antibodies for (example) measles but nonetheless fight off infection and establish immunity. Understand you don't want to confuse or clutter understanding & I personally love your work. I also find that the Exceptions (aside from being intriguing) actually Inform the Rule. Keeps dogma at bay.

Funny story, there was a PhD student who was doing his project on the complement system and he said even most immunologists think complement is a snooze-fest and/or too complicated to remember how it all works. I admit, I was one of them 😶 Maybe that’s why everyone ignores it? Too hard to anthropomorphize it perhaps
