I’d love to see you bring us the recipes for various kinds of fillings we can make for these wontons - especially the cream cheese and corn and cheese momos. Also, could you also show us how to make restaurant style dim sums at home ? The crystal veg dim sums and cream cheese varieties ? Thank you for wonton recipe. I would request you to always mention substitutes of maida in your recipes because in a lot of households parents don't allow children to consume maida regularly. So pls do mention if the same can be done with some other flour such as maize/ragi/jwar/wheat, etc. If you can make home made wonton sheets or flat noodles with something other than maida then it would be a wonderful thing because then I can make these recepie regularly and serve to kids at home.
