Thank you for wonton recipe. I would request you to always mention substitutes of maida in your recipes because in a lot of households parents don't allow children to consume maida regularly. So pls do mention if the same can be done with some other flour such as maize/ragi/jwar/wheat, etc. If you can make home made wonton sheets or flat noodles with something other than maida then it would be a wonderful thing because then I can make these recepie regularly and serve to kids at home.
