Redban is a stand-up comic and podcaster who is responsible for many of the podcasts you know and love. With the creation of Deathsquad, Redban has often been called "The Podfather." Redban tells Ryan about growing up in Ohio and how it was very different than his life in Los Angeles. Bullying, Free Wendy's whenever he wanted and being held back a grade are all things that happened before Redban made it out west. I look back fondly on his time at JRE, but im glad he isnt there anymore. Ryan is a boss producer, a podcast-producing genius....but he is not an entertainer. He can be entertaining, but not in that volume.

I understand why Redban got a lot of shit & negative feedback, mostly from Rogan, but I always preferred he be there as far as the onset of the podcast world. He's representative to me of a nostalgia I feel when I think about first watching/giving a shit about podcasts. He's kind of like the kid who never really grew up but I think he means well. Good to see you again, Redban!
