Thank you for a year round video's and I wish you, Gitte and Cornelius a Happy Yule and a good Winter Soltice, and a very good 2024 Tonight my wife and I celebrate the Winter Soltice at the Dolmencentre in Borger( Netherlands) and later this evening we burned the SolarWheel in our garden. On Christmas eve we will think about the little people in our garden and give them some riceporrage with butter.

I love blood sausage! We call it black pudding here, I've got some in the fridge for breakfast. I've never eaten it with honey before so I'll try that tomorrow. It's nice to share a meal with a friend! All the best for the Solstice, I'm now off to make a little fire to honour the year.

Here in England we are having bad storms at the moment,, 😕,, Here, we call your blood sausage,, "Black Pudding".. I love it, but many people don't like it,, perhaps of what it's made of,, I'm not sure about honey on it though, ha ha,, We put lots of pepper, instead,, 😉,, in Scotland they have something which tastes similar but is called "white pudding",, Merry Christmas to you and your family my friend,, 😍🎅🐶

Merry Christmas and a happy New Year to you too. We don’t have Christmas beer but with al the small breweries that pop up everywhere these days there must be one that makes beer to this occasion. We do have Bock beer in the fall season, usually known to be a little bit sweeter and herby, it is mostly dark brown. Almost every brewery makes a Bock in this season. Tones of caramel, chocolade, honey are popular tastes to this season beer. Cheers, or as we say “Proost”.
