Der Bahnhof Disentis/Mustér ist die östliche Endstation der Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn von Brig über Andermatt und die westliche Endstation der Rhätischen Bahn von Landquart über Chur und Reichenau-Tamins. Der Bahnhof liegt am Südufer des Flusses im Dorf und Gemeinde Disentis/Mustér , im Schweizer Kanton Graubünden.

The Disentis/Mustér station is the eastern terminus of the Matterhorn Gotthard Railway from Brig via Andermatt and the western terminal of the Rhaetian Railway from Landquart via Chur and Reichenau-Tamins. The train station is located on the south bank of the river in the village and municipality of Disentis/Mustér, in the Swiss canton of Graubünden.

Super Video! Fenster unten, Frische Luft zieht durch den Waggon und man sieht in den Kurven aus dem letzten Waggon die schöne Lok den Zug ziehen. Zum Glück gerade noch erlebt, von nun an gleicht der Bahnhof eher einer Tram-Haltestelle… Aber zum Glück gibt es ja diese Videos 😍👍

This is because Disentis/Mustér Station is the dividing point between Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn west of the station and Rhätische Bahn (Raetian Railway) east of the station. Hence the reason why any run-through train, particularly the famous _Glacier Express_ , change locomotives at this very station.

I have just discovered your channel. I am a great admirer of Swiss public transport. This video is very well filmed. I particularly liked your showing the connecting Postbus at 1m 30s. However in one very important respect your videos are VERY POOR. You do not indicate the date of filming. I am guessing from the weather and from the fact that the 'Gletscher Bummelzugs' you showed were only four carriages that it was late autumn 2023. CityTrain@Thomas1980 always gives the dateof filming.
