player 1 uses time stop first. their meter drains first and player 2 gets priority even if they have the same amount of meter

Its wild but GW is old af, it was on its half-point/beginning of its endgame when the *One Piece* manga started being published (July 1997), with the battle against Ghiacchio coming to its conclusion, there was only 4 weeks between Bruno 'dying' and Luffy coming out of a barrel to greet the world, its insane, that was one hell of a time to be alive. Edit: GW started in 95 and ended in 99, imagine if the anime got adapted in that era, instead of just a few OVAs?

In the anime, jotaro punches dio before dio can finish shouting “ZA WARUDO”, thus cancelling dio’s time stop. This implies anyone can cancel a time stop if the hit the user fast and hard enough
