My father was from Italy. I can remember him and my grandmother making egg yolks and sugar beaten together in a cup. I used to love it! Didn't know about the Lemon cello or of cooking it though. Healthy stuff!

I just made this for breakfast. Didn't have any limoncello so i just used lemon juice, and i ended up scrambling the eggs a little, but it was so smooth and creamy and just awesome. might try it with like rum chatta or something next time
