Zac Efron Says Struggling With Insomnia ‘Sucks’

Zac also shares about why he recently opened up about struggling with insomnia and depression as well as how he stays off social media. “The Greatest Beer Run Ever” is out on Sept. 30 in select theaters and on Apple TV+.

@@noicemate9111 he broke his jaw in 2013 and got surgery and would have to do certain massages and things to not have this happen but he said it got hard to keep up with them and now everyone thinks he got plastic surgery bc as he ages the muscles move and it made his face look different

this only shows most people liked him for his looks, and not his character which is the most beautiful part of him. why not focus on what he’s saying rather than what he looks like, it seems like people only appear here to check his looks when this guy literally showed multiple times how nice and sweet he is. he is the still the same person.

Congrats on successfully not using the internet since that makes you happy. I might have mild depression but I go to my doctor once every 3 months. My doctor says it's better to see a doctor in person to get an opinion, and not really believe stuff online. I'm half sad that y'all are sad. I have medication related to Level 1 Autism. I did a test and it said my risk of panic attacks was 32 percent more than normal.

The thumbnail of a video in my feed recently showed how the standard of beauty for men today is to have larger features: bigger eyes, nose, mouth, and cheek bones. I'm guessing that standard is borne out of the current alpha male bullshit. So maybe the work he's had is intentional and on trend.
