On pure arm talent he has an elite arm. Top 5-7. I’m a Bronco fan but I’m pulling for the kid. I can’t imagine what it must be like to feel like a whole city hates you and that your team isn’t behind you. Yesterday it looks like he started to get his confidence back. Despite the loss, I hope he can build it on it. It was great to him take responsibility, and how his WRs went to console him after the game.

Bought tickets to this game before the season started, thinking Mahomes-Rodgers primetime would be the game of the century. Of course, that didn’t turn out to be the case, but man was I happy I didn’t sell. This is the best game Wilson has ever played! He looked comfortable, in control and precise. A few missed balls in key downs (low ball to Conk, a pinch too far to Garrett on the go) but holy smokes, he made Mahomes look like an amateur! This is also Hackett’s best called game yet; finally pulling all the stops off Zach, taking the training wheels off, digging into the bag of tricks, I LOVED it. Wish we were a little ballsier on a few of those fourth and shorts however. Spectacular play by our O-line last night, and the MetLife vibes were immaculate. Unfortunately were outnumbered by Chiefs bandwagoneers, but the building still erupted on the big plays. Really, really, REALLY hoping Zach takes this game and runs with it. Huge game for him and his confidence, as well as the rest of the locker room’s confidence in him. The Broncos defense this week made Fields look like the second coming of Elway, so if they can keep that up against us next week, Zach’s confidence can be sky high rolling into the Philly game. Absolutely SUCKS that the refs blew the game for us, but I knew the odds were stacked against us going in. Just wanted a game competitive to the very end and the Jets delivered. It’s funny, I feel better the next day after a loss to the Chiefs than I did after our win against the Bills, but I suppose that’s what being a Jets fan is all about. Illogical and irrevocable emotional roller coasters every year.

Thanks again for posting this! You can really see the difference in Zach's play and coaching. Quick reads, quicker decisions, more confidence = more accuracy. We finally looked like a modern offense, getting tightends involved out wide one vs one. Playing like this along with good defenses against lesser offenses and we can maybe get the ball rolling. Still would've preferred the W that was stolen from us.

That 39 yard pass to Lazard, in Q2, was a thing of beauty. That doesn't happen unless both the QB and WR are on the absolute same page. I saw some people say that the ball was under thrown, I thought it was too originally. But watching the replay, it's clear Lazard was coming back towards Wilson once he scrambled right. I don't know if Wilson saw Lazards body change direction, but he dropped a 50/50 right in the bucket. The second Lazard turns around that ball was on his numbers. Perfect execution, cool to think the offense might finally be developing a little chemistry.

The TD passes were perfectly thrown. The bomb to Lazard should have been a TD IMO but considering he was on the run and had a defender in his face I'll take a 40 yard completion. Great stuff from Zach, lets hope he keeps it up! 🔥 🔥

For about 2.25 yrs, there has been a development gap between wilson and the rest of the players on the team. Everyone else became seasoned vets who are capable of winning a championship while wilson lagged behind. This game seems to suggest that Wilson is catching up. Because of that, the results of the game are secondary to the implications of possible evidence that wilson is leveling up.

The amount of times I have watched this is unhealthy. We have been starved for just competent QB play. People are underestimating how good this actually was. Throws over 70 percent completion and 3 of the incompletions were incredible plays… even giving Conklin a chance in the end zone was insane, the other was about 4 inches too far to Garett in the end zone, and then the great job extending the play and Carter dropped an easy catch. Would’ve been a first down too. He very easily could’ve had a 4 TD game. Not saying he is all of a sudden an elite QB, that’s ridiculous. But it’s hard to believe what I watched last night. I’m still shocked he played THAT well.

11:25 This is the type of play that makes Zach Wilson, Zach Wilson. Tie game, mid 3Q, 3rd&8, at midfield. The pass pro on this play is unbelievably good, and zach had every opportunity to extend the play, but instead threw a check down that went nowhere. No reason not to sit in the pocket more and/or roll out to the left to try and make a play. Worst case you throw it away. The top QB’s in the league don’t check that ball down there. they use the time they sense they have and ball out for the first down. The kids got the physical talent, but he needs to start seeing the field better and being more consistent. One flashy game (the best of his career I might add), consisted of ONLY 18 offensive points, and this play is one of the reasons why. Love the guy and am rooting for him, but it needs to be better. He knows it, we all know it.

The fact is that he outplayed Mahomes, and some terrible bad calls from the referees.

Shut us Jets fans up kid played good against the champs. O-Line has looked better the last two weeks since Becton and AVT got moved. Should have won this game, that Conklin drop in the end zone and the missed FG could have made a huge difference.

Everyone said, and keeps repeating, he played good in THIS game. I’ve been saying consistently since Dallas that he has been playing at a “Mahomes” level. This came as no surprise to me. He played as he has been playing. And it turns out that he is not playing at a Mahomes level but given the additional proof of head to head competition, it could be argued that he’s playing at a better than “Maholms” level. You all virtually crucified me, and humiliated me, for what is turning out to be true. I hope later you all don’t jump on the bandwagon and then claim you were there all along. Not after what you did to me. I was the only person on that bandwagon from the start. I’m Christian. I can forgive. God bless

The refs didn't help this game. Zach caught a break with some mistakes not being takeaways. he played really well. Was changing plays at the line. Making good throws. Now that Lazard and Garrett are getting time with the offensive line holding up. Zach can us his legs to run and jump to make throws. Gotta see it come together. I think once it got to the 4th quarter they needed to lineup Garrett with other Wrs like Gipson and Ruckert so they they draw the double teams and others are open. Eventually it will happen. Garrett should have a big game this weak line has to hold and Breece should get the ball more.

Just because you were good in college doesn’t mean you’ll be a good pro , he was on a good team in college top 25 or something they were better than a lot of the teams they faced

Zach Wilson Had a Good Comp% and Jets Fans Been Going Nuts About How Great He Played...245 Passing Yards and 2 TDs in a 23-20 Loss and Fumbling The Game Away is Not Great...Also 0 Points in 1stQ and "0" Points in 4thQ...Stop This Nonsense

We could have won this game he played well in the first half but I think Taylor Swift was a bigger draw she sold more tickets so we should have had her come in insecure this victory for the Jets at MetLife cuz as usual Zach Wilson drop the ball lol 🤣❤️
