Заготовки на зиму
ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ:
Помидоры 🍅🍅
Перец сладких🫑🫑
Перец горки 🌶
Лук🧅
Чеснок🧄
Огурцы🥒
Укропы, Кинза, базилик 🥬по вкусу можно добавить петрушку
Лавровый Лист
Перец чёрный горошек, соль.🧂
🍅🥒🧄
Все овощей и зелёный на режим как показано на видео!
Сначала овощи поставим на огонь🔥 до полугодового соль🧂, чёрный перец,
лавровый лист🍃, зелёный🥬 и по вкусу можно маленький кубиков нарезать огурцы🥒 добавить до готовности :
ПОСЛЕ ТОГО ДОБАВИТЬ ОГУРЦЫ🥒 ВАРИМ ЕЩЁ 10_15 МИНУТЫ готова .

как правильно стерилизовать банки

Несколько вариант есть для стерилизованные.Например: налить кипяток на банку закрыть крышкой на 3-5 минут. Или держим снизу вверх на кипяток...

Apart from business I am doing research work on Agriculture Cattle and Poultry. A lot of vegetables are produced in our country every year. During the vegetable season, the price of vegetables is very low. A lot of vegetables rot due to lack of storage. Watching your videos inspired me to preserve vegetables.
