FiberMesh is great for creating fiber like features, including hair. It is a complete system, but purely technical. To get to your desired goals you have to pay attention to collect ideas in preparation.
First part of the video is showing basic settings and an approach to FiberMesh.
Second part is about breaking up the wig to main sections and making the polygroups.
Third part is about growing, cutting, combing the hair to create the structure.
Last part is about styling and corrections.

Thank you and sorry, I don't have the painting part recorded. Usually I use Color Spray and an Alpha like Alpha 07. Painting a base tone manually, then painting slightly blueish tones around the yes. more red-rose around nose and eyes corner. Forehead may be a bit yellowish. Neck and ears are usually has more reds. I also like to paint darker tones around cavities. Instead of using cavity masks and projecting pictures I prefer paint. As a final touch up I use image based textures. Please not these colors are subtle, and changed carefully, skinshade4 is working great and some wax can help. It is faster to paint manually the broad areas and use pictures for touch ups. Usually pictures need to be carefully prepared and tone should be adjusted before start using them. If the paint is manual, I can keep images for specific details, like around eyes, ears, navel, lips, hands&fingers. This reduces the search time and editing of images. Hello, I have used the Spotlight function within ZBrush. But Spotlight meant to be used as a projection painting tool, so in the brush settings you have to look for turning off Menu --> Brush --> Samples --> Spotlight projection. To use spotlight you can find further tutorials.

Man, i need help here... When i changed, for example, the material of eyes, the material of hair change too, i dont know how fix that

Hi, When you change a material it will affect all the models by default, To have a material permanent select the subtool, make sure the M material channel is turned On on the top shelf and use Color --> FillObject, this will assign a material to the subtool. Once this is done you can change the material again and it will update only on the rest of the (unassigned) subtools. Be careful, if RGB is turned on as well it may flood with color and not just material. Hope this helps, Mark
