In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we are embarking on a 21 Day Zentangle Journey with our dear friend Bijou. During this challenge, we will delve into one tangle on one 3Z tile each day.

I love the quiet, I'm familiar enough with zentangle that skipping through by the 10 seconds advance without having to risk forgetting muted my device is great.
