In this video I taste and rate two zero alcohol red wines
A Pierre Zéro Alcohol Free Merlot Wine. This is made with 100% Merlot grapes and barrel matured. It’s then de-alcoholised, preserving the valuable phenols, tannins and minerals.
Torres Natureo is a very high quality red wine made with a blend of Garnacha and Syrah. Surprisingly, it was the first de-alcoholised red wine in Spain.

Q1: Since it is grape , time might change it to be wine and make gives alcohol effect ? Or that can’t happened because it’s boiled very well

It is fermented in the same way all.wines are.made and then the alcohol is stripped from the wine.

There are lots to choose from and of course you need to ensure they are available in your country. I would suggest a Google search and try a few for yourself until you find one you really like.

If there's any oak there it must be the oldest they could find and therefore no oak flavours. Reading the information on the label may have led you to convince yourself otherwise? Something I've just thought about is that alcohol-free wine has higher profit margins. Thanks for the video. I have not had red alcohol-free wine, just a white from the Torres family. Would not repeat the experience. Cheers

My missus tried alcohol-free Cab Sav from Sainsbury's last year. Didn't like it. said it was like a watered-down fruit juice.

Some of the ones I have tried definitely have that grape juice quality. The Torres was a pleasant surprise for sure. I think good progress is being made in the zero alcohol world.

If you leave a bottle of wine or spirits uncapped, will the alcohol disappear? How long would it take for it to evaporate? I have several bottles of wine to dealcoholize so I can drink it without interfering with my heart meds. Sheeeesh.

Probably boiling it. But then you ruin the wine's taste.
