Thanks for the comparison, that really helped. I’m looking into the ZCOs and wasn’t too sure about the MPCT3x but I was surprised how it turned out. Now to find one to look through! Lol Great job! Jim

Very good review 4gg. Reticals are very personal choice for sure. I remember when you did a video on reticles and you mentioned NF Mill XT and how you dont like it. As for ME i absolutely love the Mill xt as its probably my favorite of all reticles for competition. The 3x on paper looks terrible to ME but how you showed it was better INRL. But i can say i much prefer the Mpact 2 if i got ZCO. THANKS FOR THE REVIEW it was great. Good job

I’m also looking at picking up a ZCO. Was planning for MPCT 2 but may have to reassess. Great video.

Hi Jason! Thanks for the kind words! I'm going to be shooting less 22 LR next year so will most likely be selling one of these in the very near future. Still deciding which one I'll be keeping for centerfire. Thanks for watching my friend!

Went with the MPCT3X in the 527 and really like it. The reticle in person is much more transparent than it is on paper. The hollow dots are faster to find for me/stand out more than the dot/hash. But the MPCT2 is still a great option!

Can I ask why you would not consider the horus 5?

@@lobsterlipps The Horus 5 is not available, did you mean Tremor 5? If so, I would not want to pay $500.00 extra for the Tremor 5 when the 3X suits my needs just fine.

@@Sagittariustoo yeah sorry tremor 5. I was typing two different things. I am trying to decide which new optic for my Barrett mrad. I have been looking at the zco840 or the atacr 7x35. As a former photographer optic clarity is a huge deal for me. Also the durability because I am not very easy on gear. As for the reticle. I really like StrelokPro and obviously Horus isn’t on there. I just do not want to make a $5,000 mistake.

@@lobsterlipps Actually, the Tremor 5 has been announced but isn't quite available yet for ZCO to my knowledge; you might check with ZCO online. I'm biased but doubt there is a better-made scope than a ZCO. Jeff Huber and Nick Gephardt (formally of Nightforce and Khales) built it to exceed anything in the world. Check out... I'm just curious if you've had the chance to look at the MPCT2X? I'm torn between that and the 3X.

Hi James! I have not had the chance to look at that reticle in person, but love what they've done. splitting the mil markers with a dot in the middle really makes sense though. I did not like the 3X, way too busy with those circles. I used it for about 3 months in matches and just couldn't get used to it. Thanks for watching my friend!

Hi Jeremiah! Very interesting, I'm on 50% volume and hear it just fine. Sorry you have that issue...You can always use the "CC" and watch it with closed captioning. Thanks for trying to watch it my friend!
