Do you want to know some fast loss tips that require almost no effort?
Switch to organic. Organic isn't perfect but it should contain less hormone-disrupting pesticides and pesticides.
Switch your chicken/pork to red meat. Pork and chicken contain more polyunsaturated fatty acids than beef. Ruminant animals, like cows, can actually biohydrogenate the polyunsaturated fatty acids that they consume and turn them into saturated fats. Chicken and pork can't do this.
Drink out of glass or steel instead of plastic, even if it's BPA free. Plastics will still contain BPS or BPF, which are arguably worse than BPA.
Use filtered water - for showers and to drink. Tap water contains a lot of unhealthy and unnecessary chemicals like sodium fluoride, chlorine, lead, and arsenic. Even in small doses you shouldn't be drinking this or putting it on your skin. There are websites that will even tell you what contaminants are in your drinking water

Yes homie, put a filter behind your shower head. Super easy and it helps a lot. The government is trying to poison all of us. Do you really think they will provide "clean" drinking water to your place.?....

Ok, the trick is to don’t overcomplicate. Just workout and eat lots of protein in a 200-300 calorie deficit to lose fat and gain muscle.

@@hipdrive yes you will, if you exercise, consume protein, and eat in a slight calorie deficit (200-300) you’ll lose fat and gain muscle. Heard of body recomposition? This is it!

Australia Don’t start me on DRINKING WATER. If you ask your local Council for a list of ingredients in the local tap water on the Gold Coast, Queensland you’ll get 7 foolscap pages. If you dare ask for the Comprehensive list you’ll need a bigger mail box. When I asked the CEO about our water years ago and what he drank. He said he boiled his family’s tap water. I responded “so you drink heated chemicals then”. I had called him after watching a documentary on nano plastics in water causing infertility and sea creatures becoming trans and homosexual.

Organic sometimes has more pesticides than regular! 😂 They just recalled Yogi organic tea for this, it tested off the charts for pesticides. I live in FL with well water, it’s not good for drinking though, so we have to get bottled water. You do what you gotta do. Every single living organism on earth now has microplastic in them. Even beef has microplastic in it. We literally can’t escape from it now.

Why does Hongkong people have the longest life span if they eat around 70% of pork meat daily in their diets ? I don't know but at least to me it seems that pork is good for your health 😅

Alot of meats have acid. Ive been reading for years and most carnivore people also go back to vegan again after 10-15 years! Im thinking mostly plantbased but not fully! Alkaline foods + some meats chicken eggs but organic!!! Ive studied ALOT not working for almost 9 years reading millions articles/millions of podcasts. Do no alot of meat is not healthy and fully vegan is not healthy either! No prossessed foods ofcourse, alot of colour rich foods, some meat, some chicken, some eggs, and a GOOD omega 3 supplement too cause so much poison in all fish. We do not have organic fish in Norway, and alot of pollusion in waters too! So I do not eat fish. I also do not eat much sugars, no wheat, no dairy. Theese 3 are also creating inflammation in the body!

everything in this video is good except..... swiching chicker and pork to beef??? realy??? from lean meat (chicken contain only 14 g or fat) while beef is much fattier (sometimes to over 30g of fat) on protein scale they not much diferent plus red meat can highly increase cholesterol and in high quantities is carcinogenic so keep eating chicken its good for u

What you said about chicken and beef is called creating trans fat. Calories in calories out to lose weight. Macros matter when it comes to how you look not about what you weigh. Chicken is lower in calories than red meat and red meat contains more fat, specifically saturated fat, the bad type of fat that has a negative impact on cholesterol. Unsaturated fat ie poly and monounsaturated fat is good for you. Oils are high in fat and calories so for widget loss avoid them. Carbs that are refined is true because it takes the nutritional value out of them to some extent. Other than that you don’t know much and are saying lies. I’m a dietician and a personal trainer so take my advice and know proper information and not bias more spews for more views
