Now available- a competitive advantage in zero-turn mower steering performance!
Greetings,
This letter contains the description of a feature recently invented for use on a zero turn vehicle that allows significant improvement in path control. This invention is patent-pending and is being offered to your company for consideration of licensing or purchase.
A simple mechanism has been shown to allow operation of the vehicle in conditions previously not possible. A vehicle equipped with this apparatus can maintain a straight path on steep grades and in situations where rear-wheel traction loss would otherwise cause loss of vehicle control.
The invention consists of a locking mechanism that acts on the caster wheel yokes. When engaged, the caster wheels act to direct the vehicle so that it can maintain a straight path even in low-traction conditions while traversing sideways across a steep grade. The mechanism can be selectively engaged by the operator.
The seller of vehicles equipped with this capability-enhancing feature will have a competitive advantage in the marketplace. The apparatus can be installed as original equipment on new zero turn vehicles at very low cost in materials and minimal installation difficulty. Alternatively, the invention can be offered as an after-market performance improvement kit that can be installed with simple instructions.
This is your chance to obtain exclusive rights to practice and sell this invention.
