"Yo Adrian!!!!!" I won a state Championship in Boxing when I was a Kid because of the first Rocky Movie! It got me so fired up, I ran 7 miles every day for months... when I stepped into that fight I had more cardio, motivation and faith in myself than I've ever had... I Destroyed that kid. He was last years state champion... Just Awesome!

If you want to, you can train anywhere and without anyone. I am not trying to be mean, I'm just saying that if you want to be a boxer you don't need a coach :) Of course it's much easier with a coach but you don't need one.

Superfirey Wolf you do need a coach to train boxing check out some gyms by your area and is about training hard not good coach but the coach helps you with combinations things your gonna learn

Les cuento tengo 38 años y la verdad no tengo un cuerpo escultural pero tiene muchos años que me gustaría tener un cuerpo de esos musculosos y en esta cuarentena estoy dispuesta se que es trabajo y disciplina pero después de muchos años creo es el momento y con esta motivación de Rocky lo voy a hacer más a delante les cuento cómo he avanzado .
