鲁菜熬葱油这类明油传统上也喜欢用花生油,除了比豆油有油香,还烟点高,不容易发黑变味。

Very good choice this fresh fish, cooking is délicate . My famille is happy having good Chinese food lately especially Last night rice noodles was delicious , then we had steamed egg custard for deserts ,wonderful dinner thanks of your teaching . Enjoy the fish together with family ..... 👍👍⭐️⭐️

Master Chef, you aren't only a master chef but also a fabulous story teller. I really like the way you explained a dish from the historical point of view; the so hard working and authentic Hong Kong people. It's always a treat for me to listen and watch carefully how you break a dish down to the detail. Thank you so much. Yes, I love eating fish to stay healthy.
