Zhingyalov/Jingalov Hats is Armenian bread stuffed with fresh herbs.
You can make mix suitable for your taste.
For the dough you will need:
500 ml of lukewarm water
1 tsp salt
½ tsp sugar(optional)
1 tbsp Olive oil
approximately 5-6 cups of flour
Make the dough and knead it for 10 minutes until does not stick to your hands.
Cover and let rest for 30 minutes
Wash and cut all fresh herbs and mix them together.
Divide dough into smaller pieces and roll out to oblong shape.
In the middle put filling mixed with salt, pepper and drizzle of Olive oil and seal in the middle.
Grill seam side down first then turn over and grill until golden brown.
Enjoy with fresh lemon and yogurt.

Basil
Parsley
Arugula
Dill
Garlic Greens
Fenugreek
Tarragon
Spinach
