This River Plate team was really good though....Bonanno...Ayala...Berizzo...Ortega....Cruz...Sorin...Francescolli. This was a classic case of Europe's best vs South America's best...2 legendary teams....and the bonus of Zizou meeting his idol (Enzo Francescolli) on a football pitch. Great moment for Zizou...

Zidane faced his idol, Francescoli. Zidane was just arrived at Juventus, in August 1996 and in December 1996 he won the World Cup for Clubs, then he won the Uefa Super Cup against PSG
