I feel blessed to have grown up to have watched Gerrard play from his day one in the first team. For me he's the all-time best midfielder in the Prem. People argue Scholes and Lampard, but imo they can't match Stevie G. Even Kaka says he'd pick Gerrard over those two - and Kaka knows a little bit about football ;)
