No you can mix minerals vitamins antioxidants everything in nature is it in spirulina except of vitamin c in eggs in liver That’s why I mix my supplements always with spirulina I take everything together short before meal And I fast every other day when I not fail😢so almost every other day😅 Every day is a new start 🎉 Best time to eat 12-4 o clock ! I am 43 everybody say 20😊

It doesn't affect the copper with the antioxidants the rashio is low

Dr. 75% of Zinc Carnosine. How much copper do I need? All the supplements sold near me contain 2.5 or 2mg of copper. What is the percentage? Do I need to take more than one copper capsule? Can zinc and copper be taken at the same time? I read that zinc is taken without meals, and the type I use is on an empty stomach. What about copper? Is it with zinc on an empty stomach or what?❤

Have you read up on copper via the root cause protocol or copper revolution. There’s a lot more information on copper available now that explains how iron overloaded (anemic) and copper deficient ppl are. I think you’ll like the YTs with Jason Hommel or Morley Robbins about copper iron zinc and more - how not to combine these etc

Curious why people still claim the old 1mg per day copper level is sufficient, when that figure was worked out by observation 70 years ago and didnt account for body weight since minerals are reasonably evenly distributed throughout the body ? Especially since the human homeostatic dietary level worked out by experiments is 0.1mg copper/Kg body/Day ? Also it seems so many nutritionists dont realise zinc and (excess) iron can displace the copper you need to metabolise iron -> somewhat "Iron"ic ;-)

And if you don't take large quantities it is also necessary to add the copper? I'm talking about supplementing 10mg of zinc per day.

I've been taking a few thousand mgs of zinc along with about 20 grams of pantothenic acid for acne and it seems to work along with alot of other things

"be careful not to mix oxidants with antioxidants" Thats not true, copper nor zinc are oxidants or antioxidants perse, the can only be used by the body as oxidants or anti oxidants depend on the state of your body and needs.
