For me Ibra is an anomaly in football. Like you’d said Rants, you just cannot be 6’5 and be moving like your 5’10. Big men traditionally are immobile and just good in the air, but have nothing else in their game. And this is why you label Ibra as a “generational talent” and once in a life time footballer, because I don’t think will ever see a player in the Ibra mould ever again. The perfect way to describe it is that CR7 can’t do the slow mans game, he can only do the quick game. Prime CR7, the speed of the dribble etc is what fooled the defenders not the actual ball manip. I think CR7 doing it at speed is just as hard as Zlatan doing it slow , CR7 wasn’t like Rashford or Mbappe who was just doing the odd chop and stepover but really just relying on speed. CR7 was breaking ankles at 100mph that require ridiculous stamina, ball focus and coordination.

This man is filthy. I am a United and AC Milan fan and was overjoyed when Milan got him from Barcelona but, what he did when he came to Milan I could never imagine the impact. Milan fans love him for his football and his arrogance it represented the stature of the club. I was in love with his move to United and his free-kick that helped United win the FA Cup. I always say CR7 is the greatest for the fact that he wasn't the most naturally gifted player but he won it all and his work ethic and mindset I admire and always try to bring into my life. In saying that Ibra and Messi are the most talented footballers compared to CR7 but Ibra is more unique. Football won't see another player like him and I just don't mean like when people say football won't see another Kaka or Scholes, Messi, or Ronaldo (CR7). This man played a certain way that no one before ever had done and if anyone is able to do it they can only say he looks like Ibra. This too can be said of Maradona and Ronaldinho. He (Ibra) is in that category for me. Maradona gave birth to players like Messi. Ronaldinho gave birth to someone like CR7, Robinho, and so on. This man (Ibra) I hope will see others in the future who brings what he brought. Ibra as of now is still a beast at AC Milan, after he came Milan got the mindset of a champion and with that Milan in over a decade came close to winning Serie A. Milan ended this last season second and I cant wait to see the new season.
