You’re welcome!!We are doing the same thing this week with our zucchini. I had one that was so big and tough we couldn’t even get a knife through it. It went straight to the compost!!😂

OMG, tastes so good my hubby pretended to hate it, said I shouldn't eat any or I'd get sick. He's so funny. It's a skit he does when he loves something I make. So, it's a winner for sure.
