Howdy, YoshiAsk here! I'm amazed at how much attention this is grabbing, I'm glad y'all like it. I have just a couple of notes: 1. The Video Sync Mod will likely fail with versions of the tool earlier than 2021.5.30 (this video uses 2021.5.6.0, the latest at the time). The reasons for this are related to file permissions in Windows, but they should be resolved in the next update. 2. The Community Webservices Mod doesn't yet touch the update system. It's a collection of servers I'm constantly working on that recreate the original Zune web APIs. At the moment, they only bring back a handful of Marketplace features, but things like updates and artist images/bios are in the works. Thanks for taking an interest in my stuff, it really inspires me to keep going!

The one im looking forward the most is the artist screen saver. Probably the most coolest and interesting thing ive ever seen and i would really like to see it come back

I hope they update it were when you rip a disc, and it gives you all the artist and album info. Instead of typing in everything manually.

I can't wait for artist art to come back again! Is this tool safe to use on Windows 7? Video sync still works there, and I wouldn't want to break anything. I hope this can sanitise podcast links or fix the podcast crash bug eventually too.

I don't believe the tool will even run on Windows 7 (unless you have the Extended Security Updates installed), since it requires .NET 5: github.com/dotnet/core/blob/main/release-notes/5.0/5.0-supported-os.md As for the podcast crash, I've heard of it once before but never ran into it myself. If you can send me some instructions to consistently reproduce the crash, I can investigate it further.

@@C.I... Oh? Maybe the modding helper will work then. Let me know if you give it a try! I know the Fix Video Sync mod won't work, but on Win7 you shouldn't need it anyway.

Does this require the Zune software to be already installed on my computer, or will this install it? Will this work on Windows 7? Desperate to get my Zune back in business.

Yes, it requires the zune software to be installed. It shouldn't be needed on Windows 7 because the media encoder still works on Windows 7.

Can you tell me if this mod lets the Zune find information on music files again? This is the one thing I miss the most.

If you're referring to the artist art and bio information, it does not. There is a way to restore that functionality, but it involves setting up a Windows 7 webserver to host a specialized database. hi there i will try to do this for my zune 120. My problem is i am fearful that this will mess up what i got going for my 2 zune 64 hd. i think something will mess up the working software that is going on on my windows 10 system. what can i do ?
