Can someone please help..I’m trying to master this build and half the time I get it between 5-530, but trying to advance to higher leagues leads to bs. I know today Gold 1 is basically silver 3. At least from what I can see. I do this build and their base is defended well and have carriers or battlecruisers. Yes I do expand a lot, but I don’t feel like playing a 20 min game because they’re well defended (Vs people who play like this).

Wraiths need some balance for their ground lasers I think -- they're hitting a little too hard

Brood war marines and medics with tank support is a good counter to thors. And actually Goliaths are great anti-air units, they deal good damage vs air and have a ton of range, but you have to research the extra range just like marines. Flash'a bread and butter is marine/medic, tanks and vultures. You got too much emphasis on vultures. Brood war Terran also have firebats vs the swarming sc2 lings. You should go back and look at some of Flash's games.

See.... this is why SC2 proper could use a number of Campaign units be added to multiplayer. If THIS is what happens when BW units get put against SC2 ones, i wouldn't mind seeing a ladder mode or regular balance patch that brings something like Impalers, Deep Tunnel Hosts, Reavers, Darchons, Dbacks, Splash Vikings make appearances. (With suitable downtime between seasons to allow people to get used to them)

the way I look at a vulture, you're buying 3 spider mines for 25 mineral each, and you get a free bike out of it.

Do spider mines block expansions? Or since they dont attack workers hidden in mineral lines to see when they expand?

Re: Mines, I think there's currently a bug where the Spider Mines only detect grounded, non-hover units, but when they are activated, they sometimes choose to attack workers if they're closer. Re: Turrets, I think BW turrets have less HP FYI, Don't forget about Comsat

All the BW terrans are sleeping on ghosts....remember they have a ranged stun on ALL mechanical units! Also I have three words for you to try out Uthermal: Stim Firebat Drops...you'll love the results :D
