Thanks! Living in a studio apartment with no kitchen. These rice cooker recipes are very helpful. Question. I'm using old Aroma rice cooker model with glass lid, are they good for this recipes or should I get a better one?

Thank you Chef, I love your recipes and this one makes me want it so much. 2 questions however: how to replace garlic and ginger sauces (perishable in just 4 weeks) powder perhaps or a garlic + ginger preparation in the pan? 2nd question: is it necessary to prepare the eggs 40 minutes before incorporating them?
@CHEFSLABO2 күн бұрын
Aucun problème. J'irai droit au but !! I'll get straight to the point!! Q1: You can freeze tubed garlic and ginger to keep them longer. Or simply grate the fresh ones finely. Powders are not recommended as they are designed to suit Western dishes. Q2: You don't have to prepare the egg in advance. No stress👍 I hope this answer helps you!! Let me know if you have any other questions!! This will help other viewers too!! So don't be shy😉

haha.
@joumanadubois956Күн бұрын

Even among Japanese people, people who make karaage with such care are extreme karaage enthusiasts. In ordinary households, we eat slightly more crude fried chicken lol.
