It's interesting how car makers, especially their design team, go to a bunch of 10 year old school kids and ask them to draw a car. Then they take those pictures, mold them together and _"hey presto",_ you have the *iCar.*

I saw a video of this car driving in China and the rear axle broke off completely while driving at about 40 kmh. Not sure we are ready to risk our lives with these products.

This has somewhat recently been confirmed to be sold in Saudi Arabia, and I'm really into this 001, just wish it was a Hybrid/PHEVS instead of a pure EV, as charging infrastructure makes it difficult to get one here right now. Also, it's over $60k over here.

I agree with the dumb name, it makes buyers think this is just a low quality car who wants the popularity of the apple products.. or trying to fool the buyers by making it appear it is associated with apple..just dumb.

Funny thing is that Chery registered iCar trademark in China all the way back to 2004 and it is about to expire this year

I like the (interior/exterior) styling, size, space and that price (22k) is great. If this was available in the US I would buy it as long as I could get parts to service it.

Nice EV, We probably would have bought it, when it was for sale in the EU and around those prices. Since it is not, we bought the only EV with a for us usable 320km range, LFP battery, with a 100kW charger and around Euro 25k. The Citroen e-C3 . . . build in the EU. Both Chinese and USA EV's only talk about those sub 25k EV's since 2019, but never delivered in the EU. Citroen did. Missed chances.
