What is your opinion on fake Lego

I’ve collected each printed version of the clones, but I’m tight for space and don’t really count clones with random accessories, so all the variants of the standard clones, Rex and Cody, I don’t bother to get. Though I would count the variants of the kashyyyk scout trooper and gree. And then of course there’s that minute change in the fox figure which I don’t think is worth a grand to claim you have ‘all clones’.

oddly enough even though boba is a clone I don't count him as one (For the collection), we see him mostly do bounty hunter stuff. If he ever wears clone armor to blend in THEN I'd count that one as a clone to the collection (none of us are trying to spend 2K on OG Boba)

That’s a great video man! I’m trying to collect all aswell. One or two things though, The geonisis airborne trooper has the wrong torso, the 501st heavy has the backpack the wrong way 👍🏽

The C-3PO you should be able to use a needle or pen to push out the rest of the arm

Also note, theres two versions of appearances. Movie styles, and animated style. You can spot the way the helmet details are done and the torso style. I really love the Phase 1 & 2 movie style clones!

I agree it’s bs for those who have the venator set to have the rex character lose its 120$ price tag but lets be honest that was also BS for a show favorited character to retail at the price of 120$ and most venator owners didn’t even know Rex came with the set so most of them aren’t that mad I’m sure because they bought it for the build

I have the 2006! My favorite lego set of all time!

What's weird is that there's a Saesee Tiin action figure from 2000 that had a card showcasing a modified, gray Republic Cruiser, predating TCW's Republic Frigate by about nine years.

Honestly, I don't agree with the 10/10 rating with the TCW figures simply because they have these huge, ugly eyes that don't match other lego themes. I would love for a new, movie-styled Eeth Koth figure.

Always wanted the 2006 version as a kid and I’ve considered buying it even today. But I’m really hoping the UCS set is a banger so I won’t have to go eBay hunting lol

I believe you forgot about the TCW version of the shock trooper, I may be wrong though

I vastly prefer the 2006 set. It just feels like you get so much more. A larger and more accurate Sail Barge, the Desert Skiff, and the Sarlacc Pit. The minifigure selection is better as well, having most of the key characters of that scene. And lastly it has that iconic old LEGO Star Wars feel. I'm grateful for the 2013 set as it gave us rare minifigures like Max Reebo (that we'd probably never get otherwise) but it's just a worse set overall.
